Processing & Shipping Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 10–30 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external shipping factors.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Leah’s Lamps is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier.
